Please note that we do not provide support to customers who have purchased our products from sources other than Flexchats (flexchats.com).
If it is discovered that a customer has downloaded or obtained any of Flexchats's products from an unauthorized source, it is considered a violation of our Copyright and Website License terms. In such cases, the source of the download and distribution of Flexchats files will be investigated, as it infringes upon international copyright laws.
Terms of support
In order to provide support, it is necessary for us to be granted administration access to the website where our product is installed or access via FTP.
If a customer denies us access to the website where our product is installed, we will be unable to offer any support. Consequently, any claims regarding the product not functioning properly will be considered null and void.
If the client's website has technical coding defects, damage, or hosting problems that were not caused by Flexchats, we will be unable to provide support or fix the client's website.
Website license
Upon purchasing a product at Flexchats, you acquire a Single or Multiple Website license.
Please note that the Flexchats License grants you the authorization to use our products, but the code and files remain the property and copyright of Flexchats (flexchats.com).
Refunds
At Flexchats, we are committed to standing behind all of our products and ensuring that any faults or imperfections found in them are resolved. This is a guarantee we provide to our customers.

Please note that refunds will not be issued 30 days after the date of your purchase, as stated in our refund policy.
Exchange policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and their immediate delivery via email, download links, or Flexchats account download access, we do not offer exchanges for products or platforms.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct purchase of a product. Flexchats will not facilitate the exchange or swap of your extension for another extension.
*There is one exception: If you realize that you have purchased the incorrect product and contact Flexchats before downloading it, we can assess whether the product has been downloaded from your Flexchats account and, if not, we can assist in changing the product/platform to the correct one.
Your membership account
By using this site, you assume the responsibility of maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use our website with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Flexchats, flexchats.com, and its associates retain the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.
Account/service/support termination

Upon account termination, all valid product license keys will be removed, and all support will be discontinued.
Reviews, comments, emails and other content

Products sold for download through flexchats.com are the sole work of Flexchats and are provided "as-is" with no expressed or implied warranty or suitability claims. As the buyer, you accept all responsibility for all outcomes from installing and/or using the downloads sold through flexchats.com by Flexchats.
Extensions sold at flexchats.com are tested on the Standard WordPress environment using the standard Themes built into the core and are duly tested prior to release on the latest version of a standard WordPress installation. Any incompatibilities with third-party themes and plugins are beyond Flexchats (flexchats.com) responsibility.
All products are provided 'as is' and in no case is it implied that they will function as expected under any setup or configuration nor with any or all 3rd party plugins or software or server environment.
Moreover, all downloads are copyright to Flexchats and CANNOT be resold elsewhere. Doing so violates international copyright laws.
